How to Check, Print, Download and Pay your Pima Property Tax?

First Step: Log in to the Pima County Government Website

We start by entering the official Pima County Government website, this is done in a browser by searching or just click on this link: https://webcms.pima.gov/. When we enter the page we locate the Government Option.

Then we locate and click on the Property Taxes option.

We continue by clicking on the Pay Property Taxes Online button.

Second Step: Search for Pima County Property Taxes

Once we have completed the previous step we will be redirected to the Treasurer’s Office page where the taxes are collected. You can validate with this link, if you did not find it: https://www.to.pima.gov/. When we access the What do I Owe? section and select Property Search to start our search.

Then we have to perform the search with the search type and entering the search data such as Address, Owner Name or Parcel Number.

Third Step: Consult Pima Property Tax Invoice

In this step we are going to select from the results of the search that we made the one that is of our data.

When we select the data we will see the summary of all the property taxes that have been generated to date, then we select the year and click on the option of the year with Tax Statament.

Fourth Step: Property Tax Pima Invoice

When we select the option we will see a preview of our Pima Property Tax Invoice, where we can check, download and print it and then use it for payment.

How to Create Pima Property Tax Payments Online?

Fifth Step: Create an Online Property Tax Payment on the Pima County Website

If we want to pay our tax online we have to click on any Pay Now button in the summary and then click ok in the pop-up window.

Then in the new summary we click on the View button.

Then click on Add to Cart to start setting up the payment.

Sixth Step: Configuring the Pima Property Tax Online Payment

In this part we will select the amount we want to pay and click on the options.

We continue then clicking on Secure Checkout to continue with the payment methods.

Seventh Step: Payment by Credit Card of the Pima Property Tax

If we want to pay our property tax by credit card, we select the option we need on the left side.

The following will be to complete the fields of the card that we are going to use and then we click on Continue and Confirm.

Eighth Step: Payment With Digital Wallets

There is also the option to pay with Paypal on the right.

Or with the digital wallet of our card.

Ninth Step: Property Tax Pima County Payment With Echeck

When we are going to pay with the E-check option we select with click on the icon.

Then we have to enter the bank details with the account that we are going to make the payment and click on Continue.

We continue in the part that comes putting our personal data to complete the payment and click on Continue.

Finally we confirm our Property Tax Payment by reviewing our data and clicking the Accept Term And Process Payment button.

Tenth Step: Completion of Online Invoice Payment

Once we finish making the payment, a message will appear with the payment confirmation number indicating that we have finished processing the payment.

With this it is only up to the Bank to approve the transaction and you can save the payment support or print it to keep it as evidence.
